Processing and address accuracy

Orders may be reviewed for payment, address, inventory, and research-use compliance before dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for contacting us promptly if a correction is needed.

An address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started. Additional carrier or reshipment costs caused by an incorrect address may be the purchaser's responsibility where permitted by law.

Delays and availability

If an order cannot ship within the timeframe communicated for that order, we will provide an update and the options required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, those options may include agreeing to a revised date or cancelling the affected unshipped order for a refund.

We do not substitute a materially different product without the purchaser's agreement.

Delivery and shipment issues

Review the parcel promptly after delivery. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the order confirmation, contact us with the order number and clear photographs of the parcel, label, and affected item.

Tracking scans and delivery status are provided by the carrier. We may ask the carrier to investigate a delayed, missing, or damaged shipment before a resolution is issued.

Restricted destinations

We may limit or decline shipment where a destination, product, carrier, or legal restriction prevents compliant fulfillment. The purchaser remains responsible for confirming that acquisition and possession are lawful at the destination.
