Name the compound and its catalogue reference — the CAT. number printed on its card in the catalogue. Questions about specification, form, or fill mass go fastest with the reference attached.
Certificate request
Quote the batch number from the vial label. Certificates of analysis are filed against their batch, so the number finds the exact record.
Order status
Give the order number and the email used at checkout. The order record carries the tracking trail.
